Focus & Scope

The focus of the Jurnal Ilmiah JKA (Jurnal  Kesehatan Aeromedika)  is to advance excellence in health science and practice through the dissemination of current, evidence-based clinical information that has undergone a peer-review process, as well as original research findings. This journal covers various aspects within the health field, including:

• Nursing: management of healthcare service units and resources, nursing care, health of adults, adolescents, the elderly, maternal and child health, as well as preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative efforts.
• Midwifery: management of healthcare service units and resources, midwifery care, maternal and child health, midwifery practice, as well as preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative efforts.
• Pharmacy: research in pharmaceutical laboratories, hospital management, pharmacy services, and healthcare service administration.
• Public Health: epidemiology of communicable and non-communicable diseases, health policy analysis, and health promotion aimed at improving the quality of life and well-being of the community.
• Nutrition and Environmental Health: public health nutrition, sanitation, waste management, and occupational health and safety (OHS).
